Changing Your Voicemail Greeting

For phones of Scott County Schools

1. Log in to your mailbox
1. press the Msg/Inbox key or dial 4444
2. enter your mailbox number (your phone extension) and press #
3. enter your password (at least 4 digits) and press #
2. Press 8 2 - for recordings
3. Press 1 - for external greeting, 3 - for temporary greeting
4. Press 5 to record your greeting.  Wait for the tone before speaking.
5. Press # to end your recording. 
6. To play your greeting, press 2.  Record again if you aren't satisfied with the recording.
7. Press 4 to return to your messages.
